Wheezing cold cough

Why are lungs filled by cold? Which causes the cold production?

Initially they jelly or cough is secreted by the mucus membrane. The mucus membranes are presented in the nine gateways of our body. These are the only ways for the invaders to trespass. Majority of mucus membranes are busy at air gateway (oxygen) and nutrition gateway. Out of these two mucus membranes, air gateway is activated round the clock. So major portions of cough is secreted by the mucus at air gateway. Food gateway is activated according to number of times we in take food-stuff. That may be liquid or solid.

If the food is contaminated or germs affected then mucus secrets jelly to pack them up. Excessive contamination leads to excessive cough secretion. This excessive cough mixed in the blood. It reduces the body temperature then starts to reside in lungs. Because lungs have the bags or store house for oxygen. This space for oxygen is filled by the cough which is excessive in the blood. The contaminated food which is unacceptable by body leads to cough production.

For many people tomato is unacceptable. If they take tomato, will be affected by sever cough. This is called food allergy. It is better to eat foods which are prepared hygienically. The most important thing is we must find out which food is unacceptable to us. Then avoid even seeing such food. A strict consciousness over nutrition is must for avoiding cough which is created by wrong nutrition, which finally leads to breathing problem.

The major reason for cough and breathing problem is air. For round the clock the mucus membrane at air gateway keeps secreting cough like jelly to wrap up the invaders. We breathe for twenty four hours. So far twenty four hours mucus membrane has to check the air for invaders. Even dust particles should not be allowed to get inside. There jelly is used to wrap up dust too. If the medium of air is polluted, for twenty four hours cough would be produced.

Only certain dust particles and invaders can be stopped at the gateway nostril. Others trespass into the lungs along with the air and sometime even in the form of wrapped up. So cough is produced in side lungs. Depends upon the level of pollution in the air, cough is produced. Smoke or carbon is the most dangerous pollutant in the air. So people live in the midst of smoke or smoke prone are volatile for breathing problem. If air is the source of cough, it is better to relocate the living area.

Above two(food , air) are the major reasons for wheezing. They are minor sources too. Constipation is also a reason for filling up the lungs by cough for somebody.

We must remember one more thing that is mind. Mind has its own impact on body. Mental temperament also brings wheezing. Mind can be considered as another major source.

The pollutant may be air or any other thing, but the control over mind can stop everything and do anything.

Hundred people living in smoke prone areas. If smoke is the reason for cough all the hundreds must has breathing problem. Only few has problem, and others feel so comfortable.

So still the real reason for cough or wheezing or any decease is a mystery. Until the real reason is found, we can believe whatever is told by anybody like in this article.
