TVH SUVAYA Review
I visited TVH Suvaya last week. From Porur, via Kundrathur I reached TVH Suvaya. From Kundrathur, it is 10+ km away. From TVH Suvaya to Sriperumpudur-Bangalore High way junction is 10 to 15 minutes drive - around 7-8 kms. The road from Kundrathur to TVH Suvaya or Sriperumpudur is more than 20 kms stretch. On both side of the road here and there some small villages or 'settlement'. Mostly swaps, bushes - a forest like look on both side of the road. The width of the road is not enough to bear the traffic it has as on date. While riding, often I saw a four wheeler or six wheeler approaching against me suddenly. It is overtaking another vehicle and covered my path too. I had to slip from the TAR road to mud road for a while. After they crossed me, I had to come back to TAR road. In short, this road does not seems to be good for two wheeler or small cars. From Kundrathur to Sriperumpudur, I hardly notice any petrol bunk, and no street lights at all. One has to depend on his head lights to travel in this road after sunset. This road seems to be highroad not a road within city limit. But the width of the road can be expanded to several lanes in the future. This is the coolest road, I have traveled around chennai in recent times. There are huge and small water bodies/lakhes/swaps in this belt. The location of TVH SUVAYA is cool naturally compared to Oragadam, Sriperumpudur even in this March. Completion of TVH Suvaya or International Airport, will increase the traffic in this road, which will be beyond it's capacity as on date. In TVH SUVAYA, there were four to five blocks in the front are completed. Each block is roughly four story building. There are around 7 to 10 blocks under construction. Approximately 1000 families can live here. This is the first township project, I have seen with some the buildings are completed - may be ready to occupy state, in recent times. Completion and commissioning of this township, will impact the surrounding areas greatly in a positive way. As on date, there were no shops or any access around this project location. Success of townships in outskirts of chennai, will lead to birth of true satellite towns. Either people buy home for living or investing, decides the instant success of a township. Investors will not need 'live' in the house the buy. Either they rent it or leave it kept closed. High rental income can be earned from Corporate contracts or renting to bachelors, both may not speed up the growth of the area(self sustained) like 'families living'. » gsee's Hypothesis | login to post comments
