Social networking is booming in internet. Everybody is aware of its use. Gathering friends. Making online commutiy, etc. But now they are changing their face or usage. It is evident in the case of Khoushambi and Manish in India. Manish murdered Khoushambi. They developed their relation thru orkut, a social community portal.

Detective Usage
Orkut used to capture the killer. Police traced the scrap book of Khoushambi, and found who scrapped her and captured Manish. Orkut is used in detective. Luckily Manish was convicted. If Manish was not captured, the scenario will be different for all the orkut users who have scrapped for her. Police has to ‘inquire’ all the scrappers. Whether you are true and honest or evil and criminal, you have the chance of getting into trouble if scrap to a person who died in a doubtful manner. The dead people’s profile is getting instant popularity. This may give some wrong ideas to the people who like their profile to be popular. They may do any negative actions to get their profile popular.

Beware that your every actions in social networking is being recorded. Use the social networking site positively. Your freedom and privacy is a question in social networking.
