A man's personification is entirely decided by the parents who bring him up. But parent do not realize their role of play in shaping their Children. Many parents think feeding, clothing, and schooling are fulfilling their parenthood duties.

I have a concept, which can move the parents to realize their importance. A school with different methodology can do this.

First we analyze the current methodology of school admission. The children have to undergo a screening test. Once they through the screening test, parents have to pay the fees. After paying the fees, they feel their duty is over. They take away the concentration from their children's schooling.

Our school is with different method of admission. Here the parents are subjected to screening test. The screen test will be according to the parent's educational qualification and social background. The standard of test are not same. Parents should be categorized and according to the category, screening test be categorized.

We cannot expect a parent as doctor and government employee in a same standard. The test should test the parent's realization of their role of play in the society and in the family according to their socio educational and income background. The test for a parent of politician and farmer should not be same. Each one's responsibility is totally different from each other.

This test for parents should be held periodically; At beginning of every academic year. If they fail in screening test their children will be dismissed from school. This should be common for all the parents. This will avoid dropping the journey in the middle of the way. At least this can provide only best candidates by best parents at the end of schooling.

Definitely at the beginning all children can not get admission. The author of this article might not be admitted in a school, if his parent was subjected to screening test at every academic year. Those who join the school they lead and shape the society.

This is nothing but, better citizen by better schooling.
