Reduce your belly without exercise

This is an essay about "how to reduce your fat" by doing simple exercise. This essay also comprises about the food habit which makes you to reduce the fat quickly.

The dieting chart

First the food plays a main role in our physical fitness or maintenance. We must handling the food with very carefully. The in taking of large quantity of food in a single sitting is very bad habit. The eating like this does not absorbed wholly by the body. This habit makes our intestine valve to expand and created belly like structure.

In an other hand the extra food which we eat translates into fat in our body. For that we must reduce the oily food and high calorie diet. We must add protein to our daily life which give energy to the internal organs and to build pure and lean muscles.

Our daily protein requirement is related with the total body weight. For example if your body weight is 75kg. We must need 150gm of protein daily. The main note is that we must take this 150gm of protein in 5to6 times for example 30gm of protein in a time. For every food time we must add carbohydrate to our food which helps to digest the proteins. That carbohydrate makes our muscles fresh and relaxed. We must take some quantity of good fat from groundnut and some other oils like olive oil. This fat is very much helpful in the function of the heart.

40:50:10 is the ratio of protein, carbohydrate and fats respectively. This ratio is only for the normal persons who wants to maintain his physical nature, but for bodybuilders and weight lifters it will change.

The separation of food for 5 to 6 times do not expand the intestine valve and do not allow to form the fat to our body. In that 5 to 6 times of eating we must add juices or fruits.

Importance of weight training

Though we are eating a good food it is necessary to do some simple exercise like aerobics and weight training at least for 45 minutes in a day. The weight training will makes our physical structure in a good form. It also reduce the in a considerable rate. It also makes our hormones to work properly. It treats good effect on heart problems, blood pressure and some thyroid problems. It reduce the furiousness of our nature. When we are doing regular exercises.

At the non-workout day, we must doing aerobics like running, skipping, jumping etc.

The weight training makes our body slim and fit. When our diet is in our control , our fat is also in our control.

We must add skimmed milk powder, white yolk of the egg, grains, groundnut, fruits, wheat, etc .It is better to take protein supplements which directly reaches our body. The important note is that it is very helpful if the diet is in liquid form than the solid form

Conclusion:

when we follow this, we can reduce our fat and get the beautiful structure. Moreover we must sleep at least 5 to 6 hours and maximum of eight hours regularly.
