Pudhina thuvayal

Ingredients:

1. Pudhina ---- 1 cup
2. Green leaves --- 1 cup
3. Corriender leaves -- 1 cup
4. Red chilies --- 5 nos
5. Garlic --- 5 flakes
6. Urad dhal --- 1tsp
7. Bengal gram ---- 1 tsp
8. Ginger --- 1 piece
9. Tamarind ----- little bit
10. Coconut ----- 4 slices
11. Salt to taste

Method:

1.Heat oil in a pan. Add red chilies, Urad dhal, Bengal gram, garlic, ginger and fry it.

2. Then add mint, green leaves, coriander leaves,coconut, salt fry this also in a pan.

3. Add tamarind in this and grind it well.

Pudhina thuvayal is a very good combination for rasam saatham, saambar saatham and also idly, dosa. And its very good for health.
