Ingredients:

Green Gram Dhal - 1/4 Cup

Beans Chopped 1/2 Cup

Carrot chopped - 1

Potato Cubed -1

Peas - 1/2 Cup

Turmeric Powder

Salt

Boil Green Gram Dhal Separately and keep

Boil all the vegetables with salt and turmer

This is a different way of making kootu which will come out very delicious. Normally we will put only Green Gram Dhall to make this dish. But in this way of cooking we put toor and urud dhall which is very healthy and tasty also.
