All Diseases are killer disease; I mean, once disease comes, all problems will start.
We can classify diseases into large number of division based on their effect or how they are affecting it's host called patient. Some disease may affect a part of the body, some may take the life also.
We always think disease affecting the body is only the problem but its not so, mental disease is the worser than physical problems.
Letâ€™s see about Killer Disease

These look like very normal problem present in 80 % of the adults. And the treatment for these looks so simple. Having the prescribed tables regularly.
But the Problem comes when the patient need to get surgical treatment, because doing an operation for such a patient is very complicated. Foremost problem is recovery will take more time, next is the success guarantee for the operation gets reduced as the doctors itself will know how it will react only during the operation.
So itâ€™s always good to keep in control than taking tablets. Tablets has to be taken, but we should primarily concentrate to keep the body normal through the body itself than depending on third party chemicals. These chemicals have to react with the body to maintain itself.
So its better to be healthy with the help of the body itself like doing yoga or walking and regular exercise.
Symptoms will be known only at the last stage which might need a surgery immediately. The main problem in this is, mostly people neglect the initial symptoms.
Dreadly disease mostly affecting the childrens.
Earlier cancer will come to people who drink more and smoke more. Now it has spread its branches like mouth cancer, breast cancer and lots more.
Even for this disease symptoms could be identified only at the last stage
We can go on with lots of other killer disease.
But the real killer disease creating or bringing in other killer disease is sedentary lifestyle.
Take a person who is working. He gets up in the morning, does his morning routine. Then take his vehicle to office. Mostly white collar job. Then comes home back using his vehicle. Takes night dinner watches TV, then sleeps.
In the mean while tiffen, lunch, dinner, coffee, tea and lots of snacks (mostly oil items)
So if we start counting the number of steps he would have taken in a day, it will come less than 50. Canâ€™t believe right, but this is the reality.
And if we have a close look at the diet he is in taking, most of the time chat and fast foods. Then Cigarettes and drinks as a weekly activity.
If the life style is like this, all the disease in the world will come to him one by one.
Leading a hail and healthy living is in our hands.
Doing physical activity 30 minutes a day and 5 days in a week is the mantra, which is absolutely possible. Instead of getting up late we can get an 30mts earlier. It may be very difficult to change our life style, but remember no pain no gain.
And this should be embedded in our lifestyle, and not doing it for a month or so. How we bath every day, how we eat every day, we should make exercising also a part of our routine.
And the next one is eating a balanced diet. Diet doesnâ€™t means eating fruits and vegetables. It means eating all the food in a balanced proportion including chat and fast food.
Its our foremost duty to take care of our health which is very well possible by our self just by changing our lifestyle in a positive approach.
For mental exercise we could do yoga or breathing asana which will give us lots of positive energy.
Walking is the best medicine for all diseases. It Prevents and Cures everything.:)
