Inno GeoCity in Oragadam will be a next generation dwelling in India. The semi-independent or duplex flats with independent car parking is a new charm to sub-urban living.

We do not have space in chennai to have such a spacious house with gardening and car parking. Even if it is available, the price will be very high. But the same 'mini bungalow' is available in sub-urban area within the affordability of middle class or salaried people.

The animation(shown in their website) of proposed flats and the streets in GeoCity, make me remember the houses in the movies, Truman Story, American Pie, We were Soldiers, Resident Evil(II), and Terminator. An independent house, gardening in front of the house or between house and street is beyond the reach of middle class people so far.

Today, Sub-Urban housing makes the dream 'individual house' possible. While buying your house in sub-urban, buy independent, semi-independent, or villa or duplex houses with sufficient amenities. Not again in multi-storey apartment, where there is a less or no individual space and logger with your neighbor for parking issues.

There are other constructions coming in Oragadam but they are coming with regular multi-storey apartments. But Inno GeoCity is coming with semi-independent houses at Rs.1780 / sq. ft.
