I am Fired. What is next?

I was witness of two firings personally. I was second witness to four firings till now. When I was working in XYZ softwares pvt ltd, I quit the company and joined to XXXXX after having an ego friction and immediate boss harassment from my Team Leader. If I continue for another one month they would have fired me. I moved in time. Within a month they fired four of my colleagues. They told me their termination over phone. I thought their career is over, they are going to struggle. Of course they got depressed.

After two months, they started searching job. One by one they get job in companies, which are better than XYZ. They get salary higher than what they got in XYZ. Their workload is lower than XYZ. They are in better comfort than in all the aspects.

When I was working at management level, I fired two programmers. Both are in Good position later. One of the programmers who is earning more salary than me. He is working in very big company now. Both contacted me and conveyed as because of me they reached good position, if I have not fired them, they might have been in the same old condition.

Firing is not going to affect your life. But how do you receive it, which makes the difference. Your response makes the difference. If you take it easily, things will be easy. If you take it seriously, things will be serious.

Firing is nothing but it's a call for change. When you move to another company you voluntarily change. When you are fired change is forced on you. That's all.

Change is a change either you move or you are fired. If you see it is a change then you will be happy with it. Change is a positive thing. Change is progress either you change or you are changed.

As long as you are confident, enthusiastic, energetic, skillful nothing is going to affect. Be positive, everything will be positive.

If you are fired, feel happy, it is a call for change and a job, which is better than the current one is waiting for you. Moreover some rest and refreshment too. If your colleagues are fired be jealous at them. There is a better job waiting for them.

Change brings better than the current.

Do you ever think about the position of the company when it's most reliable and talented employee quit his/her job? Fired employee's position is better than 'fired company'. If you run a company, you can realize it.
