Why Oragadam?

This site is away from Chennai as on date. But it may become part of chennai or extension to chennai in the near future. How Mumbai is expanding every day in its landscape, in the same way, Chennai is stretching out its borders day by day.

Chennai's psychological boundary may cover oragadam like how it has covered Siruseri, OMR, Kooduvanchery, Maraimalai Nagar and etc. Those were 'distant places' 20 years back. Oragadam is a hot spot for automobile industry like OMR is for software industry. Big automobile companies in the world has set up their car manufacturing plants here.

Oragadam will be the next Industrial area after Avadi and Amabattur.
