Thoughts stimulating the feelings or Feelings stimulate thoughts. Which is powerful Thought or Feeling? I was wondering many years which is the source. Feelings lead to thought or Thought raising our feelings.

Many time I tried to control my thoughts but I failed. Seldom I succeeded. I did watch my thoughts time to time. Thoughts are changing their focus time to time.

When I am angry with somebody, angry thoughts started coming. Like putting down my enemy or winning the fight and etc. This angry thoughts can not be stopped so easily. It last for several days. When I try to stop it, it cheats me and come again and again.

When some body help me, a feeling of gratitude filling me. Then I have thoughts like helping them back when they get trouble.

Sexual or romantic thoughts are rising when I am attracted to by woman.

When going to interview, thoughts like I am answering well during Interview will raise. After finishing the interview thoughts like 'How I could have done better' will raise.

When I am sad or happy, I will have sad or happy thoughts respectively.

If you keep watching your thoughts and feelings/mood, you can understand, thoughts coming within the scope of your feelings/mood.

You can not have romantic thoughts when you are angry. When you are in romantic mood, you can not have angry thoughts.

Feelings are the root cause of the thoughts mostly. Some exceptions too, I will discuss the exception later. Mood is dominating the thoughts. Our feelings reflected in our thoughts, speech, actions and body languages. Thoughts are immediate response to our mood.

If you want to change your thought, you have to have to change your mood. Without changing the mood, you can not change your thoughts.

If you want to stop having sad thoughts, first change your feelings. Read the novel you like, watch the movie you like. Spend time with a friend you like. Once your mood changed to happiness, automatically happy thoughts will come

You do not need to fight with your thoughts if you know the relationship between action and mood.

Mood/Feelings can be changed by our actions.
