• Samsung Marine- Will Samsung Marine be suitable for Indian Market? According to the advertisement shown in TV, it is suitable for Whitewater Rafting, Scuba divers, fishermen, and Trekking. Rafting, Scuba diving and Trekking professionals are very few in Indian population. There is trekking traffic at himalayas, mostly they are foreigners. A range of rafting options is available mainly on the river Indus and its major tributaries. I am not aware whether fishermen get the Signal or tower in the mid sea whatever mobile they use. When the come to shore or land, they can use any type of mobile phone, not specific devices which are water proof like samsung marine.
• Solar Charger- Solar charger for your IPOD, mobile phone, laptop, and other hand held devices has arrived in the market. It is at affordable cost to save the earth from global warming. Those who concern about global warming, climate change can switch to solar charger from electric charger. This will reduce global warming at micro or macro level. It has regular featurs like mp3/mp4 player, camera, bluetooth, FM, etc. What makes it different from other mobile is its ability to interact with Internet. Its wider/lenthy display gives better view. There are widgets to watch videos from youtube and other video casting sites. Easy to integrate with flickr, piccasso and social networking like facebook etc. All the top web portals have mobile version of their sites either in WAP or xhtml. The wider display resolution makes the browsing easy. No need to view the mobile converted or WAP websites. Normal HTML websites can be viewed in Samsung star touch phone.
• Samsung Star Touch Review- My sister purchased samsung star touch mobile phone. I borrowed the mobile phone from her. I spend two hours with Star touch. I mainly focused on the internet abilities of the phone. I open my website 'blogya.in' in browser available. The pages are opening. • Watch Phone- Watch Phone may be the next tsunami in mobile phone market. There are advantages and disadvantages of using watch phone. There are hypothesis for using mobile phone. Once this is sauted well, make it as a paste and keep seperately. Pour Oil in a pan, splutter Mustard,add salt, then put snake guard, add one pinch of turmeric powder and allow it to boil by adding required water. Then add the boiled and mashed tour dhal.

Soon, adjusting ipod speaker into my ear has become my habit, happening without my conscious like girls adjust their hair. Wireless IPOD does not have the 'running wire' disturbance. Simply fits around the neck or head. Compare with regular IPODs, wireless IPOD does less harm to ear drum. Because, its speakers stop the outer edge of the ear. Nothing like spike speakers, to go near to ear drum. I speak louder when I use normal IPOD. But it is not happening in using wireless IPOD.

  Another Smart Homes project from MARG Utsav in their Swarnabhoomi project. Property price starting from Rs. 16 lakhs onwords. Swarnabhoomi seems to be a new city. A massive pure residential project. While comparing the price with other promoted world cities, it seems to be a affordable residential area for middle and higher class people. Especially their smart home units. Where is this Swarnabhoomi located? It is approximately situated in center between Chennai and Pondicherry. If you start from Chennai, after crossing Maduranthagam and near Manamai, you will step into Swarnabhoomi.
• Budget Homes 2010 Exhibition- Budget Homes 2010 exhibition is completed today at Chennai Trade Center. The entrance ticket was Rs.30. As usual there was Q in the morning hours to get in. Around 30 to 50 builders participated in the exhibition. As predicted the belt of OMR, off OMR, road from Kooduvanchery to Kelambakkam, Oragadam, Sriperumpudur, Ponnamalli Avadi road are hot spots. Of course, the prices tagged at this regions can not be imagined in Chennai main city. We can predict that more than 20000 dwelling units, will be constructed in these region by medium and major builders within the next 3 to 5 years. More construction may be coming in the future.
• Inno GeoCity Oragadam- Inno GeoCity in Oragadam will be a next generation dwelling in India. The semi-independent or duplex flats with independent car parking is a new charm to sub-urban living. We do not have space in chennai to have such a spacious house with gardening and car parking. Even if it is available, the price will be very high. But the same 'mini bungalow' is available in sub-urban area within the affordability of middle class or salaried people. The animation(shown in their website) of proposed flats and the streets in GeoCity, make me remember the houses in the movies, Truman Story, American Pie, We were Soldiers, Resident Evil(II), and Terminator. An independent house, gardening in front of the house or between house and street is beyond the reach of middle class people so far.
• Flats in Sriperumpudur- New Flats are rising in Sriperumpudur day by day. Sriperumpudur is the one of the hottest sub-urban housing area near Chennai. • Sony ericsson spiro review- Sony ericsson spiro - This has futures of all the modern mobile phone. To me it introduced mobile browsing. I am posting this review from my spiro. Internet connection settings is hassle free. Spiro has symbium OS. It has native browser OBIGO Q7. The good thing is it support Tamil fonts. Able to see text content and images. Not able to play video in spiro. The big advantage is message typing. Spiro not only suggest spelling. It also support sentence pattern. Sentence pattern suggestion is a new future i see in this mobile phone. It is good for typing. Drawbacks: The software is buggy. It often stuck. The browser often say, 'the requsted page is too big to load'.
• Inno Geocity Review- Inno Geocity review can also be a Oragadam review in the Residential realty perspective. It is good to see the site - project location by your vehicle - bike or car, it is best to reach the site by public transport - Bus. For the lost six months Oragadam and Inno Geocity are haunting me. After several attempts to visit Oragadam, I went there last week by car. I started from Poonamalle, reach Bangalore highway. From poonamalle to Sriperumpudur, I hardly see two high raise buildings. One belongs to Tata near Nokia factory. Second is Prince Towers near the Tollgate, which seems to be completed and ready to occupy state.
