  • Goal Predict Future- Future is unpredictable, but people have Goal and dream it, believe it, work for it make the future a fixed one. Certainity Vs uncertainity. Written goals always come true. Sonner or later but they are achieved. Goal is must to cement the future. Clear and precise goal is must. Vogue goals like, ' I want to be rich ' is useless. The are desires, not goals. Try to know the difference between goal and dsire. Goal is always one. There is no multiple goals. People have many desires, but goal can be only one. People expect their desire to happen, but poeple work and make their goal happening. Desire happens, goal is achieved. Saints and yogis do meditation and other practices for years and years to attain Enlightment. There is an easy way to attain enlightment, which everybody can do. Merge your career and goal. You will attain enlightment immediately. Be honest in identifying your goal.
  • Motivation by Friend's success- Motivation by Friend's success Victories of our friends and fellow humans can boost our self for victories. There are four friends. All fear to walk in the darkness after sunset. All are treating and estimating as how everyone estimates himself to others. Among the four friends, one is driven to walk in the darkness by an exigency. Once walked in the darkness his fear for darkness is removed. Then he dares to walk in the nights. His courage to walk in darkness stimulates the rest. Remaining three is ready to face the darkness tentatively. Now they prepare themselves to penetrate the darkness because of their friend has trespassed the darkness, then why they can’t. Then they three walk in the darkness accompanied by their friend who has trounced the darkness. The three alone walk. Then each individual separately walks.

  • Overcome False Fear and Subjective Failure- False fear can spoil your life. Many fears are false or subjective. A man ride his vehicle. He meets an accident. Luckily he survived with small wounds. Next day while driving he gets fear as he may meet accident again. Because of the fear he stops driving. Whenever he try to drive, he gets the driving phobia. This is false fear, it prevents the joy of driving. He has to overcome the false fear, drive normally. Some time if you see some other getting accident, you may develop a phobia as you too may get accident. This is also a false fear, must be overcome. Do not get stuck by your failure or fear. Many people quit or give up their study, research, entrepreneurship, and career advancement because of some subjective failure. If you fail in your current project, which is not a verdict as you will fail in rest of the projects.
  • Musicians not yet Recognized- There are few musicians who become celebrity. There are many who are slightly lesser than or equal to the celebrity musicians, but under the carpet. Many musicians with great skills not yet recognized. They deserve it, but world is too busy to address them. In a running race, the time difference between the first and second comers would be in seconds or micro seconds. In an average they both having same speed, but the one who wins has and edge over the second person. The edge makes the difference. There are musician who did not make the edge, but having skills more or less equal to the musicians who have made the edge.
