- Successful Blogging- Content is the king of Internet. Bloggers feeding the Internet with 'contents'. Many people becoming bloggers today. It is not all the bloggers who succeed or failed. Moreover 'blogging' cannot be termed as success or failure. No need to assess blogging.
But some bloggers may be earning from their blog. So this is not meant that they succeed. But many writers(?) start blog for earning. Registering domains, purchasing hosting account, hiring freelance programmers and etc. But no earnings from their blog.
If you start blogging for money sooner or later you will 'stop blogging'. You will close your site. Due to expectation and frustration you will forget your blogging site out of depression.
- Attitude for Big Projects- Sculpturing a statue, filming a movie, writing a novel, constructing a building, doing small investment for big return, and developing a software all are projects. A project means anything broken down into small tasks leading to a big finish.
If you sum up the quantity of food eaten by a man’s full lifetime, the size of total food will become a huge mountain. During a course of time this ‘ Food of Mountain’ is eaten in small quantity in proper intervals. Swallowing the big ‘ Food of Mountain’ at once is impossible and leads to bottleneck. But we all do this eating project successfully without our consciousness. We do it consistently without minding when it gets completed. There is no pressure of time. We cannot swallow all at once. There is no bottleneck by time or quantity. Completion attained by consistency. This is the best attitude for project completion with an artist sprit.
- Project Management - Proper Time Estimate- All projects need clear goal, a preamble. All sorts of tasks involved in the project must be identified and must be precisely assessed for time duration. We need to have buffer time for unidentified hidden tasks. Complete smaller tasks comfortably one by one. See the smaller task alone; don’t see the big picture of final stage while working (it should be visualized during planning), if you see then you will have implementation block or ‘Action Constipation’.

Many projects fail or people involved the project suffer like anything is due to improper project vision. Leaving many or some tasks unidentified, and not allocating sufficient time for completing small tasks.

Job hopping is keeping the HR active in corporate world. Of course they too jump. It is very rare to find an employee working in same company for more than one year. From office boys to top management executive everybody finds difficult to work in the same company. Why people switch between jobs.
People change the working place, their colleagues, their Bosses but they do not stop working.
Polite and decent reason for job hopping are 'Career Growth, Salary hike, Need to relocate'. Of course few job changing done for the above three reasons.

When you newly join to a company, in that first day your relationship with your company is different from after 3 or 6 months. Your relationship after 6 months will be not the same after 1 year.

But in the open field, they will have an impotency instead of courage and fierce because of shy ness and countless complex. Actually they have the mental stability, confidence, and consistency more than other two classes. But, along with all positive aspects they do have inferiority complex. This inferiority complex prevents them from all the victories, though they are able to trounce anything and everything.

Your pay, work load, your comfort level, and everything are same, which you were satisfied with. When your colleague got offer you start comparing and loose your sleep. You start to hate the features from your current employer, which you liked them in the past.

I meet two people with many Ideas, They have quest to achieve something in the Internet. They keep thinking about many innovative concepts. One guy explained his idea to me. I asked my doubts, while clarifying my doubts he get another idea. They he tried to jump to his new idea. But I forced him to stay with the idea he was explaining. His head seems to be business model factory.
I am not sure whether this is creativity or any problem/stress in the mind. Because, for many years they are living with their ideas. Idea produces more ideas. The problem is none of the idea in their head gets executed practically. They keep stuffing their head by ideas. But nothing gets de-stuffed. Idea in its own abstract form can not succeed. It needs to be practically implemented.

I am working in a medium size software company. I joined as senior software engineer. Later I was promoted to Team Leader by management. But the office in chargers were using my old designation whenever addressing me. I do not know why they are not accepting my new designation. May be, because of their ego. Their designation is not up to the level of Team Leader. I joined later than them. This may also create psychological tension to them. The seniors by 'date of joining' in not yet promoted.
Earlier, I took it easy. I did not mind it. Moreover, I did not feel that was important. But my ego started to rise. When my ego stirs for something, I try to skip the issue. I do not like to act by my ego.

Today I was given 100+ pages document to give a time estimate. When I down loaded the file I started having fear. I felt a sort of stress, a discomfort, a fear of unknown and etc.
But I managed myself to keep normal. I bring back my emotions to normal. I imagine it is an easy task. This task will disappear like previous task. I listen to music. I removed the fear of failure finally. The document tension loaded into my head was unloaded and replaced with good music and happy day dreams. I develop an enthusiasm towards the document to be read.

The good example is cricket match. Eleven people in a team. Two teams have to combat. All the eleven guys are not performing well up to their ability. All players in a team will not be satisfied with their performance. Even some may not have chance to play. Even they win or loose some are satisfied and many are not satisfied. Cricket is the only game where all the guys playing in a match can not be happy or satisfied even they won. Those who are batted well or bowled well and lead the team to victory will be happy; others who did not bat or bowl well will not be happy even their team wins, may be acting or managing as being happy.

When you do not have an intention to change or you like to continue in the current company, you will receive consultancy calls like anything. If you are skilled and potential candidate and you are in booming and growing industry, then you may receive 3 to 5 consultancy calls per day. If your resume is short listed by the client of the consultancy then you are hot.
A female with a charming voice or a male with a highly professional and cordial voice will contact over your mobile phone. They will tell that their ‘Prestigious client’ has a vacancy which best suit your profile. ‘Prestigious client’ will pay more than what is your CTC (Cost to Company) and etc. If you listen their ‘pitching’ and get oscillated slightly, you will be tossed like anything.

If we express our love, the girl would have accepted. She may be waiting for your courting. But we may hide our emotions and feelings because of many imaginative fears. But, at the same time we keep boiling our desire. We act like we are brother to the girl, but we romance in dreams. It is like, we have a chocolate in our, we do not swallow it or we do not spite it out.
If we apply for the job, we could have got it, but we do not apply for big jobs/post with big salary. But we hesitate with lot of complex. We satisfy with our self with how we are now, due to many sentiments, our ‘convenient logic’. If we ask for the promotion or hike, we will be given, but we do not ask, instead of asking, we wait for our boss to do it. The boss may be busy with some other issues. Your due may not be his first priority, but he aware that you deserve the hike/promotion. We may like to do something, but we do not do immediately. We wait for some ‘good time’ to do. Like that you Boss may be. If we ask we could have it.

Environment and outer world are more powerful than rules and regulation. It is easy to say 'Do not steal'Â, but it is tough task to control the mind, when the environment is tempting to steal. Everybody can easily advise, 'Do not commit crime and sin'Â. No one has said about how to control the drifting mind, when in the ill-full environment.

In India percentage of population involved in agriculture is more than 70% percent. In western countries is not more than 5 to 10 percentage. But western’s quality and quantity of output is at pinnacle compare to low productivity of India. The number of hectares involved in India is more than western. The area of landmarks and manpower investment India is more than western agricultural. We work hard though, we earn less; they work less but earn more. Why this stark discriminative harvest? Usage of modern technology is the answer. Indian farmers do not apply modern technologies up to western farmers. All the Indian farmers are not educated, that is one of the reason for their lack of awareness in using modern technologies.

- Be Confident when your coleague is Fired or Terminated- Relax, Be cool and calm, and be positive, if the company you are working is firing your next sitting colleague. Just be cool and relaxed. Be detached. Do not get angry with company or do not have pity at your colleague. No need for having emotions in this issue. Use your brain than emotions.
Do not get fear as you may be fired. Just be cool. Birth and death are not your control. Many things are in divine control. So just relax. You do not know, you will join this company few years back. You are not going to work permanently here. Some day you also have to leave, the reason may be anything. But you must exit. As long as you are working here, have courage to say not, when you have to say. Do not work too hard or strain yourself. Work what you can. Keep your temper always cool. Never get tension and never get fear.

Your stress level mounts when your mind is obsessed and got feverish with negative thoughts or negative emotions. Work load is not an issue if you are happy and you have sense of well being.
You will have detractors if you are skillful and talented. You will have competitors, you will earn jealous of others. The existing employees or senior by date of joining have fear or jealous at you. You will have tough time if you are smarter than your immediate boss or superior. You will be insulted directly or indirectly. What they want is to get you out of the company and let them be on top always.

Only Religions have been spread and maintained through MLM approach. An approach of evangelism introduced to business through MLM. Evangelism in business is the latest trend in Silicon Civilization. Your work and life has no difference. Like a priest or saint, the work/business has to be evangelized.
- BPO JOB Stress- Today, I spoke with my friend, who is working in a BPO as call center executive. I was afraid to speak to him, since he will start complaining his tough life style and fearful job culture. Because I was too in such situation few years back. Many times he says of giving up the job.
Tension stimulates tension. Fear stimulates fear. Stress stimulates stress. Confidence stimulates confidence. Comfort stimulates comfort. Mood stimulates mood.
So I tried to avoid him. But anyway he is my friend. I spoke to him over phone. He meets his physician (doctor) regarding his health. His doctor advised him a complete medical checkup. Strictly advised to change to a peaceful job. So he will be presenting his resignation paper soon.
- If you are not working here- Nowadays I am not involving in politics. How many groups are there, all think they are good and others are bad. I did think my stand was correct, other’s was wrong. Everyone one and every group thinks they are correct.
Fear, Ego, Jealous is the main reason for people involved in office politics. If people are free from fear, ego, and jealous then there will be no politics in office. Among three fear and jealous are important. Fear is the reason in most cases.
Sometimes Fear and Ego are good if applied positively.
People on top of everybody will be happy if all their sub-ordinates, colleagues are inferior to them in all the aspects. If anyone having skills equal or better than them then there will be politics to suppress the skills. Here is the reason for politics is fear. Fear of loosing the position. Plus jealous too.

Bloggers are booming. Blogging open the way for everybody to write. You do not need to be high-educated scholar to blog. With average language skills able to describe that’s all. It is free hand writing.
But this Blogging becomes stress when you blog for money. You may hear about stories of ‘Successful Bloggers’. Blogs can be monetarised. All this can make you believe that blogging can be an easy way for earning money.
This is not true. If you blog for money, you will loose writer’s spirit. You skip from blogger's attitude. Successful bloggers blog when they like to blog. But bloggers for money try to blog all the time; they like to ‘fill’ their blog with anything and everything. It is not the quantity but quality makes the different.
- When to monetize your blog- Bloggers can earn money from their blog. By showing advertisement from (PPC) advertisement companies bloggers earn. But this is not true for all the bloggers. All the bloggers are not earning.
If you start a blog today and install a pay per click program’s JavaScript code and looking for dollar ($) tomorrow, soon you will get depressed out of keep checking your ppc account. You will see no click and single or two digit impressions, which is also by search engines robots.
If you keep seeing this poor reports everyday then checking your account will be stress to you. Facing something, which keeps you disappointed, will lead to frustration and depression.

Every one has their idea of satisfying their need in one or other way. But in reality things will be different.

- Instinct Vs Fear- How and what to choose between Instinct and Fear.
Instinct is a great feeling. Which guides us well. Fear protects us. Identifying fear as Instinct is a mistake. It will lead to confusion.
Instinct or gut feeling have to be followed.
What is the different between instinct and fear. It is difficult to differentiate.
As per my experience, fear starts from within ourself. Fear is not outside. It is inside we have to throw it out, It is WE create our fear.
Instinct comes from outside. It is like someone telling or stimulating you. It is not created. It is natural or automatic.
- Office Politics and Groupism- Office politics is Good to the growth of the company. It is true. It is also good to the growth of individuals involved in. Office politics is good to both employer and employee as long as 'Win Win' approach is maintained by management.
Why do people create politics and groupism in work place? What is the need? Are bad people only create politics?
Is good people not involved in politics? Why do politics exist in office?
The core behind office politics is Biological instincts to Survive and succeed. It is not the human mind which makes politics in office. It is not either good or bad character.
- Life of Addiction- Addiction is a very important behavior in human life. It is a way to program our brain. Biological to mental many behavior and many things are happening because of addiction only. With or without our awareness we get addicted to many things. Some addictions are good and some are bad. Some addictions are genetically passed.
Once you are get addicted it is very difficult to give up. You must be well aware of 'Practical Awareness' to give up any habit or addiction.
From smoking to going late to office everything is addiction only. There are few people who always come lately to office. Because they addicted to 'going late'. Even they do not know why they are late.
- OVER FED BUT UNDER NOURISHED- The title is more apt to our present condition. In this age of atomic supremacy the whole system is overfed. Every one SEEMS TO KNOW ALL ABOUT OTHER THINGS BUT NOT BOTHERED TO KNOW ABOUT HIMSELF. What a pity in deed! We are fully involved in all wordly pre-occupation in the midst of multifarious activities we forget ourselves and so we are UNDER NOURISHED IN THE SENSE WE DO NOT GET THE REQUIRED CALORIES of ENERGY TO WITHSTAND THE CALAMITIES OF BOTH INFLUENCED BY NATURE AS WELL AS BY OURSELVES. So due to deviancy in the proper intake of required energy we are UNDER NOURISHED. We are not able to face problems created by our own action.
- MIND SURRENDER- In the wordly life we do this action only by the mundane influences that drag us to & enjoy such pleasure above which one is not able to think even. But real SURRENDER that makes one feel happy or enjoy BLISSFUL STATE is that one we do with GOD our Saviour.
For attaining oneness with GOD we have two means. One is through EGO or BIG I and another is surrender.
Let us examine those in detail:
EGO: One is able to boast of his wordly possession and powers that give him a FALSE STAUTS in the society. This leads him to assume that he is powerful and thinks he can do anything in this world by his influence. That is EGO.
- MIND INDIVIDUALITY- Our scriptures proclaim Rise above time and space, pass by world and be your self in your own world.
Worldly as well as in any sphere of life one should have his own style. This is quire essential for Self Development. Men differ from one another due to various factors like, genetic, food habits, innate traits due to re-birth. Findings on the behavior of even in-separable TWINS do show such difference.
Further the solar rays penetrating the air sphere do cause changes on all objects. Since human body is composed of five elements like earth, water, air, heat and either that are also subjected to change indressing, food habits etc, even this is reflected i building aspect too. So the exposure determent not onlyu the external factors but even the internal MIND is subjected to this phenomenal changes in the different in temperament and its variation. Hence the INDIVIDUALITY. As said in scripture JEE VAMA SARADHA SATHAM, BHAVAM SARADAHA SATHAM that is to say one should live for one hundred years and that too in happiness.
- Life of Addiction - Thoughts and Attitude- Many of our thought process and 'day dreams' are recurring in our life. We are habitted to have such 'day dream' and thought flow. It is a sort of 'addiction' to the psychological responses or behaviors. This type of psychological addiction is very subtle. It is not very easy to understand why we behave in such way.
We are slaves to our addiction. We have to attain freedom from our addictions.
Some people get tense always. Some people are always cool. Some people are always feeling inferior and some always feeling superior. All are addiction to respective mood. If you are addicted to get angry, then you get angry for anything and everything. A set of psychological addictions becomes our character and attitude. They are our immediate responses to evens in life.
- Child Psychology- Children are more susceptible to mental strain than adults. The reason is that child cannot express their feelings openly through emotion. Whereas adults give vent to their feeling in the way of talk.
A child who is above average in the study often fall a prey in the absence of true love from its parents. Such mental depression is reflected in their studies besides affecting the mental peace, such mentally depressed child even abstain from their classes and spend their time as they wish. Like this condition worsen. Their efforts to satisfy their parents fail.
The true reason for such mental depression is not at all their fault. The main reason for that condition is the Absence of Real Affection from his parents. Often parents do not understand the reason. They resort to scold or harsh treatment. This is a wrong approach such treatment is often the reason for the desperate action of the child either to run away or fall in bad company who are waiting to catch them.
- Mind Thought Cycle- Everything in this world is cycling. This tendency is inherent since we are part and parcel of universe which is cycling. Due to this, our thought waves do have a boundary or circle in which they go round. By such circling they gain momentum that is kept up. When such "Thought" comes in contact with other similar or dissimilar there happens an interaction that results again in such action. Hence the continuity is kept up. This helps to form habit that gives rise to behavior ultimately results in character.
For this, we can cite the example of an animal tied to a peg on a grazing ground, since it is tied the can not go out of that even so at times that comes in contact with other animals or living objects. Then they react either welcome or attack. For such an act the new comer also react accordingly. So there occurs a friendly or enemic situation so also in the thoughts created in our mind acts.

This pertinent fact makes the wise quire different from the so called "learned people" whose superiority(assumed) debars them from sharing their natural gift of knowledge with the have-nots. If only one comes out of that Self imposed shell he could know the real value of life.
- Salesman- A good salesman can be compared to an ambassador of a country who echoes the feelings, policies, principles and programs of his country. So too, a good salesman should represent his firm in all its spirits.
When we examine this walk of life in detail we are reminded of our own country men who were engaged in TRADE with other countries like EUROPE, AFRICA. They had crossed the tumultuous rough seas not in a modern sophisticated ship but in wind driven vessels.

In your current job, you do not need to report in the morning by 9am or 10am. Of course, which is a the official time to report. But, you can decide your reporting time as per your work. You can reach 30 or 45 minutes late, no issues. At the same time if there is a need to report early, you will report.

3 years of professional Experience
Your platform may be anything, but you must have 3 years of experience in your domain to be successful in freelancing. You must have minimum 3 years of regular/professional work experience from a company.
Three years of real time programing/project experience. Which means you must complete at least 3000 hrs of programing. Your bench period should not be calculated.
Self-Started
You must work independently at least for a year. Without the support or technical help from your senior/team-tech lead/friends, etc. You must be self-starter. No one should trigger you do start or do the work. This self-initiation is very important in freelancing. You must be a 'commando' in your domain without any supervision.
English Language Proficiency
You should be comfortable in your written English(reading and writing). You need not possess very high standard in English language, but you should be able to convey what you like to say.
I hope if you are able to understand my English, you can understand your client's written communication.
Infrastructure
You must have good computer with a high speed broadband internet connection. You should be familiar with Skype, Messangers, and other chat engines.
If you are working and need to do freelancing for extra income, never never never use your office infrastructure and office hours for your freelancing. It will create fear, tension and reduce you quality and productivity both in office and freelancing.
When you need to do freelancing/Outsourcing
Do freelancing when you really need to do it. Successful freelancers, either freelance or go to job. They do not mix both. If you are going to a job and your salary is sufficient then do not freelance. Combining both will create stress and affect your quality of life.

I either freelance or go to job. My friend who is successful in both job and freelancing, either pursue a job or freelance, but not both at a time.

Beware of Cheating:
I did the mistake initially as I had to pay security deposit to get the work. I paid 50k. But I did not receive work or any earnings. The company I paid vanished in the internet. If you are in urge and tense to get the project, there are chances you may be cheated.
You need not to pay any money to get the project. I heard few incident as people lost money to get project. If you are asked to deposit money or provide your credit card details, there are chances you may be cheated.
- Habits- Habit means "A practice which is automated and hard to give up". A regular tendency or sometimes an urge to be in a mood or do an action.
Habit is one of the features of human mind. The concept of habit is similar to the motion in universe.
There are countless and various types of habits in the world. According to the change of time, habits also change. Watching TV, eating snacks, drinking alcohols, smoking are all 'known habits'.
There are unknown habits too. Often settle down in a particular 'mood', perform actions related to the mood. 'Habitual Moods' are unknown habits. We can not perceive it physically.
The reason for making acquaintance with an activity initially may be anything. The often repeated activity soon becomes habit. When an activity becomes habit we will be slave to that habit.
The expense for most of the habits are shooting up in both money and other resources like time, etch. People spend from minor to major portion of their income for their habits.
