- tv programs vs advertisements- TV Programs Vs Advertisements.
Today so many satellite TV Channels are thriving. But they are not entertainment media; they are actually an Advertisement media. They are Medium of Advertisements. They show programs in between Advertisement. The marketing race is well exploited by TV medium. The TV Programs loss their charm before the irresistible charm of advertisement. Many advertisements are more attractive than TV Programs.
Many times I feel why are advertisement disturbed by TV Programs. We should have separate channels for TV Programs and Advertisements. What we want to enjoy, we can do it without disturbance and lack of continuity.
- Office Politics- People working for few tens as salary to few millions as salary. All are doing office politics. I do not know why people are doing politics.
But, nowadays I am learning to do politics.
Here is my analysis or hypothesis about Office Politicians.
People have no big inner motive to do politics.
Some motives are, Get closer to the Boss, by separating others. They keep blaming others and act well as good they are. They show more interest in the organization more than the Boss.
Make the boss feel so important to them. They are so favorable to him. All are fake, just politics. Getting close to Boss is a simple ego game.
- Fake Film Heroes- Fans
We have fans for film stars and other people belong to entertainment media. Film stars act as per director instructions. The character they play are imagination and they are not the actors real character. The actor may afraid for snakes in real life but in movie he fights with snake. But we started to believe the film characters as the real character of actors. Film actors become our real life role models and heroes.
Fan club among different heroes, fight with one another for the supremacy of their respective film actors. But the Actors will not fight among themselves in real life expect in movies.
- Sachin Tendulkar - Man of Character- Sachin Tendulkar - Man of Character
Everybody knows Sachin Tendulkar is the greatest batsman ever walked on the planet.
But he has another specialization. Very few can aware of it. He is the Man of Character and Attitude as a sportsman and human being. No other sportsman has such high quality character like Sachin.
Every sportsman has skill, talent, etc. They may get an immediate and short time success and popularity in their career and soon loose form and disappear as nonentity. But Sachin stands above the time. It is not because of his skill but because of his character.

Yes, first of all I would like you to introduce myself. I am a software engineer working with a medium level outsourcing company. I was doing good with this company and I worked hard to make my boss big and myself big in this company. Unfortunately or fortunately something got changed and I couldn’t work hard, my doctor said I am having work depression. So he suggested me to work only few hours in the office and get out from it. Also I wish to inform you that I am the kind of person who wishes to success in my life in any ways. So this medical interruption made me sad.. so I started thinking about one more alternative for my success. First I thought of creating a travel web site for my own country and make this web site more popular. But I failed to work through this web site.

People play games, sports because its a pleasure to them. A workout, sense of satisfaction, and a pleasure is ingredients of all games. But when sports become your career, then the first thing you loose is pleasure. New thing added is, social identification and status.
When you play for your interest you are not identified by the game you play. When you are identified by the game you play, you loose the pleasure of playing the game. Moreover, your economy and career become the sport you participate, then you loose everything. It is your business. Then the real spirit which take to reach such level will be lost.
- School Admission - Entrance test for Parents- A man's personification is entirely decided by the parents who bring him up. But parent do not realize their role of play in shaping their Children. Many parents think feeding, clothing, and schooling are fulfilling their parenthood duties.
I have a concept, which can move the parents to realize their importance. A school with different methodology can do this.
First we analyze the current methodology of school admission. The children have to undergo a screening test. Once they through the screening test, parents have to pay the fees. After paying the fees, they feel their duty is over. They take away the concentration from their children's schooling.

So every Indian Cricketer should be spending more energy and pressure than any other foreign players. So they get wounded quickly and often fail in medical fitness test.
In Australian team, if Gilchrist is scoring well rest of the Australian team will be happy, If Ponding or Hayden or Symonds doing well rest of the team will be happy.
