Circumspect - Practical Man

Do not have dogmatism with a single strategy. Do not be so adamant. Do not stick with the rules, which are meant for inconvenience. Do not madly follow the manners and morals.

Manners and matters are for human convenience not for inconvenience. Manners and morals are for human betterment not for restrains. Environment and outer world are more powerful than rules and regulation. It is easy to say 'Do not steal', but it is tough task to control the mind, when the environment is tempting to steal. Everybody can easily advise, 'Do not commit crime and sin'. No one has said about how to control the drifting mind, when in the ill-full environment.

What are in verbal form and scripts and what is in reality are different from each other. There are verbal policy and textual policy, which are completely contrasting with practical life policy. Seldom few policies are somehow astride with real life. But they are rare exception. The success of policy is determined by the outer world not outer world determined by laws. Neglecting the situation by accordance with morality is few dangerous.

Today is the world of corruption. One has to give bribe even to get death certificate. For telephone connection (originally written on 1998) bribe is more then the actual amount paid to the Government. In this kind at environment castigating bribe, will be un-fittest to live in this world.

Be a circumspect will be the best way to live in this corroded society. A circumspect relaxes his rules, gives up his ego even his self-pride to cope up with the environment. A perfect, circumspect implements rules with flexibility. 'Implement rules with flexibility' is not a new term. Even the national laws have been implemented with flexibility. Law is strictly followed for poor and middle class people. It is adjusted for VIPs, politicians and rich people. But law is verbally told to practice without partiality.

Today's achiever is circumspect. A man with flexibility, eloquence speech, ability to persuade, only can get through an environment. We should be ready to give up rules to steady the environment. Laws are not designed from the world how it was but they are to how they should be. 'How they should be' is not seen in the country. How they should be will not come, unless we learn to control our mind. We should be strong enough to cope up of with the environment. Circumspect is a man of situation. He utilizes all the situation. He blames situation for his deliberate mistakes.
