It has 1872 apartments. Prices starts from Rs.1985 per sqft. Flats ranging rom 740 sqft to 1000 sqft. Approximately, its prices falls from Rs.15 lakhs to Rs.20 lakhs.

It has spread across 23 acres. It has 2 and 3 bedroom apartments. It will be built using international ALF technology.

It has all modern township apartments including a school - Maharishi Vidya Mandir. A new and unique feature in the amenities list is Library, which I have not seen in the amenities of other township projects.
